We're seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of premium mobile games from concept to launch. As a Senior Producer/Creative Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire pipeline, from ideation to execution, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for premium games, including live and in-development titles;
- Lead development teams to deliver high-quality games that meet business objectives;
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and partner with top developers and publishers;
- Pitch and negotiate game opportunities with potential partners and publishers;
- Manage the product's P&L and ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry, with a strong background in premium games development;
- Proven expertise in game design, development, and project management;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills;
- Strong goal orientation and ability to own the project from start to finish;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Passion for video games and a deep understanding of the market.
