Cytoo, a preclinical stage drug discovery company, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to manage and grow its Business Development team. The ideal candidate will establish additional R&D partnerships, contribute to the Executive Committee, and oversee the management of BDer currently in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Business Development team and establish new R&D partnerships
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Executive Committee to drive business decisions
  • Manage R&D opportunities from prospecting to deal closing and transaction management
Requirements:
  • PhD degree in biological science or related field
  • 4-8 years of proven business development experience in R&D agreement and license contracting
  • Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, public presentation, and negotiation
  • Native or native-like fluency in English
Reporting Structure:

The Business Development Director will report directly to the CEO.

Compensation:
