About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Manager to join our team at Stakha. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our AI image enhancement and image generation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior engineers in the development of our AI products, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology.
  • Define and drive the technical strategy, aligning with business goals and leveraging the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach in coding and problem-solving, providing technical guidance and best practices to support the team.
  • Work closely with other departments, including product management, to translate tech potentials into impactful, market-ready offerings.
  • Establish and uphold quality control measures, guaranteeing the reliability and precision of the tech outputs.
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development within the team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in backend engineering (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision) and ideally 2+ years in management of tech teams.
  • Senior in Python, Pytorch, software architecture, and good familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  • Fluent in English.
  • XP on fast-paced environment / entrepreneurial mindset / excellent communication skills.
