Job Overview

We are growing our multidisciplinary User-Centred Design consulting team and looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us on our exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enable the team to create truly user-centred solutions
  2. Facilitate workshops such as design sprints
  3. Create holistic design solutions that address business challenges and meet user needs
  4. Create user flows, personas, design documentation, prototypes, and other UX deliverables
  5. Define UX and UI requirements to provide a consistent experience across product, service, or solution touchpoints
  6. Champion the purpose and value of user-centred design internally and externally
  7. Create and develop design systems

Requirements

As an experienced UX Designer, you have...

  1. Fluency in French and English
  2. Strong understanding of User Experience Design and Design Thinking process and fundamentals
  3. Expertise in translating user needs to design solutions
  4. Understanding of research techniques and usability evaluation
  5. Expertise in prototyping and iterating designs quickly based on users' feedback
  6. Experience designing complex products and services in the public and private sectors
  7. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and other design and prototyping tools
  8. Ability to clearly communicate design intent
  9. Over 3 years of experience within UX Design and Design Thinking
  10. Experience working in a multidisciplinary, agile team
