TotalEnergies is seeking a Wind Operations Support Specialist to oversee OneTech's technical assistance to Renewable divisions in the planning and execution of both onshore and offshore wind asset operations:
As a Wind Operations Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Documenting and sharing knowledge within the wind sector and wind farms on behalf of the technical department (OneTech), ensuring the collection and dissemination of best practices.
- Managing studies across various domains; guaranteeing the relevance of project scopes, the availability of necessary information, and the quality of outputs.
- Overseeing the creation of technical specifications for contracts, aligning with operational requirements across multiple disciplines.
- Contributing to the development of reference documents regarding wind farm operations; prioritizing these documents based on the needs identified by operators or project managers; coordinating validation and ensuring proper distribution.
- Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders; promoting knowledge sharing; mapping expertise within the organization; ensuring that methodologies and know-how are effectively communicated to operational teams.
- Coordinating interactions among various internal stakeholders: different entities within OneTech, wind business units, and support functions such as procurement, legal, IT, and R&D.
- Monitoring technological advancements and market trends; centralizing knowledge of practices and innovations within the wind industry and its key players.
