About the Position:
As a Construction Site Manager, your primary duties will encompass:
- Evaluating site layouts and determining pipeline placements
- Coordinating material supply to the site and working closely with the maintenance crew
- Cutting and welding pipes, and connecting them to sanitary installations
- Installing and fine-tuning sanitary installations to ensure optimal performance
- Conducting inspections of insulation and waterproofing measures
- Overseeing the maintenance of pipelines and fixtures
- Organizing the site and managing equipment cleanup
- Finalizing work orders and handling administrative responsibilities
Profile Requirements:
Ideal candidates should possess a CAP in Sanitary Installation along with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential. We seek individuals who demonstrate reliability, proactivity, a passion for teamwork, and a desire to tackle challenges.
