About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define Digital Verification Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital verification strategy for Sub-Systems, ensuring no functional faults exist according to specifications.
  2. Execute Digital Verification: Conduct thorough digital verification to guarantee the absence of functional faults, working closely with software, architecture, design teams, and end users.
  3. Interface with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with software, architecture, design teams, and end users to understand functionality and application requirements.
  4. Develop Verification Strategy: Define the verification strategy for the design, considering its architecture, expected use cases, technology, tool limitations, and schedule constraints.
  5. Develop and Debug Test Environments: Create, test, and refine test environments and test cases to ensure thorough verification.
  6. Code Test Cases: Write test cases in appropriate languages (C, SystemVerilog,...) and debug them on design models.
  7. Evaluate Verification Quality: Determine the quality of verification by defining coverage goals and methods for measuring these goals, enhancing test cases until goals are met.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of SOC Architecture: Understand the architecture, elements, and functionality of multi-media processor-based SOCs (i.MX, OMAP, EXYNOS), including CPUs, DMA, MMU, PLLS, memory, and peripheral interfaces.
  2. SoC and IC/IP Design Processes: Familiarity with SoC and IC/IP design processes (Verilog/SystemVerilog).
  3. Software Development: Understanding of software development processes for embedded CPUs and experience in developing and debugging software (C/C++).
  4. Test Case Development: Knowledge in languages used for test case development (C, Verilog, System Verilog,...) and scripting (Python).
  5. EDA Tools: Familiarity with EDA tools for development, simulation, and debug of functional tests (RTL, VCS and NCSIM simulator, C compilers).
Qualifications

BTech/MTech/Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or other similar disciplines with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
