Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Market Development Engineer to join our team at Arrow France SAS. As a key member of our sales and development team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the power supply market, working closely with our field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to maximize opportunities and increase bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the power supply bookings, billings, profit, and design wins in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with our field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to maximize the number of opportunities entering the power sales funnel and increase the number of opportunities to close.
  • Uncover and extract existing customer base power needs and convert them into bookings, as well as identify new customers in our focus markets and applications, in line with our strategy.
  • Work closely with our engineering resource to provide complete value-added solutions from our portfolio of world-class power supply manufacturer partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a role combining engineering and sales activities in the power industry.
  • Ability to create strong relations with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills are required to be successful in this role.
  • University degree in a technical field, preferably in electronic engineering.
  • English at least on B2 level is required to be successful in this role, and knowledge of French language is necessary.
  • Driving license.
