Job Overview
Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E/Front Desk Agent to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business tourism operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a privileged interlocutor between the different services in the Village, the commercial of Club Med Business offices, and our clients.
- Be responsible for the progress of logistical operations and the payment of accounts.
- Welcome groups and follow up on their stay in the Village.
- Internal promotion of sales and informing clients about internal and external services and events.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and organized approach.
- Commercial sense and initiative.
- Working experience in business tourism required.
- Computer skills required.
What We Offer
- Seasonal contract with a salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).
