Key Responsibilities- Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying and addressing their needs, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion and upselling, to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals, including identifying key decision-makers, understanding customer needs, and developing tailored solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform sales strategies and optimize account performance.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in key account management and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Language: Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
