We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Treasury team as a Funding and Capital Markets Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the insurance industry, AXA, and contribute to the development of our financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the definition of an optimal financial structure and refinancing strategy for AXA
- Execute related capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and credit facilities
- Structure and negotiate credit facilities, derivatives, and AXA equity products
- Design and present optimized financial solutions to relevant decision bodies
- Lead Group Treasury projects in relation to financing and capital
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financing activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid technical skills in debt instruments
- Ability to assess and factor in legal, regulatory, and accounting concepts
- Fluency in English and French
