The AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its Group Treasury team as a Funding and Capital Markets Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global insurance company and contribute to the development of its financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition of an optimal financial structure and refinancing strategy for AXA
  • Execute related capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and credit facilities
  • Structure and negotiate credit facilities and derivatives
  • Design and present optimized financial solutions to relevant decision bodies
  • Lead Group Treasury projects related to financing and capital

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financing activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid technical skills, particularly in debt instruments
  • Ability to assess and factor in legal, regulatory, and accounting concepts
  • Fluency in English and French
