**Position**: The role of the Logistics and Trading Operations Manager is to oversee production control and logistical activities within the designated sector, ensuring minimal costs while delivering optimal service. This includes deploying and maintaining the group's logistical tools while continuously enhancing their efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish relevant **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** to effectively monitor performance metrics such as transportation costs, service rates, stock management, and inventory processes.
- Develop the trading budget, ensure compliance, and transparently share it with the division.
- Adhere to, train, and enforce **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)** regulations, participate in audits, and respond promptly to any deviations.
- Lead the trading team, set meaningful objectives, and foster employee development.
- Provide coaching to existing teams through various communication channels to ensure service continuity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support the Program Manager during both permanent and temporary transfers.
- Collaborate with management control to construct responses to various **Request for Quotations (RFQs)** for new business opportunities.
- Guarantee continuous improvement and methodology within the scope of responsibility.
- Supervise daily operations as well as medium- and long-term activities, analyze recurring issues, and implement corrective and definitive actions.
- Optimize costs, enhance performance, and strengthen relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
**Profile**: A degree at Bac +5 level (logistics, management) is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management with strong leadership potential is essential.
Experience in procurement or logistics functions within an industrial setting is mandatory, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong understanding of logistical flow organization is necessary.
A solid financial and economic background with a knack for negotiation is important.
Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are required.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
