- Ensure timely completion of monthly financial reports for various entities in collaboration with accounting and controlling teams.
- Lead and develop the accounting team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee the preparation and management of semi-annual and annual financial statements, accounts, and tax filings including VAT and corporate tax.
- Contribute to the budgeting process in partnership with the controlling team to align financial goals.
- Improve existing accounting tools and processes to adapt to future requirements and challenges.
- Provide strategic insights to management based on current financial issues and challenges.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a solid understanding of financial management, general and analytical accounting, and taxation is required. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position. Proficiency in IT tools is essential. The ability to lead a seasoned accounting team is crucial.
