As a key member of the legal department at Groupe Premium, your main duties will encompass:
- Formulating charters, procedures, and policies,
- Executing enhancements for current procedures/policies,
- Creating strategies to meet compliance standards following audits,
- Revising pre-contractual and other essential documentation,
- Overseeing adherence of Group companies within their operational domains,
- Contributing to the enactment of legal and regulatory modifications.
Required Technical Expertise:
In-depth understanding of insurance legislation, distribution rights in insurance, regulations concerning financial investment advisors, data protection statutes, and anti-money laundering regulations, along with private law mechanisms.
Essential Interpersonal Attributes:
- Strong organizational and methodological capabilities,
- Attention to detail and dependability,
- Self-sufficiency, agility, and prioritization skills,
- Proficient information synthesis and exceptional writing abilities,
- Proactive attitude,
- Adaptability, inquisitiveness, and intellectual flexibility,
- Enthusiasm for challenges and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A Master's degree in private law is required, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
