Job DescriptionWe are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to join our Growth sales team as an Account Executive Growth. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating Younited BtoB sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Growth Sales Director in implementing and coordinating sales strategies and objectives
- Identifying and researching relevant sales targets to develop Younited Growth customer base
- Handling qualification, demos, and closing from inbound and outbound leads
- Understanding prospects' decision processes and key contacts to develop strong relationships with C-levels and generate interest
- Achieving individual and team sales goals in terms of new business
- Working closely with the Product team to improve our offers
We are looking for a sales professional with:
- Bac+5 in engineering school, business, or equivalent academic
- At least 3 years' experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills (oral and written)
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Curiosity for SaaS, Tech, Fintech, and continuous learning
- Talented and ambitious team player, result-oriented, and willing to participate in the team's success
Your future manager has 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in France and internationally. He has worked in the automotive financial services sector for many years, launching and developing B2B activities. He joined Younited 2.5 years ago as Sales Director Growth, in charge of developing Younited Pay, a payment service based on instant credit technology.
He is looking for sales personalities who are ultra customer-focused, able to make cold calls, and close negotiations with C-levels. The ability to adapt is extremely important, as our partners come in all shapes and sizes. The most important thing for him is to have the right mindset and the will to win as a team.
