We are seeking a driven Account Executive to help accelerate our revenue growth by owning and expanding key accounts. As an Account Executive, you will develop growth strategies to maximize account revenue, identify new opportunities, and drive customer loyalty and retention.

You will be the face and voice of our industry-leading technology as you engage innovative recruitment companies and large employers, that are actively looking for solutions to help them source and find the best candidates for a rapidly evolving job landscape.

You will also provide valuable input on how to continue to grow the business and evolve rapidly with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your B2B sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and build business momentum through meetings, product information, demos, and quotes in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare and manage sales and services contracts for relevant prospects.
  • Facilitate a smooth handoff of client needs and project scopes to the Professional Services team.
  • Identify and relay new industry trends and common product requests to the Product Team.
  • Keep the CRM up to date (a pipe, sales, revenue, invoices, etc.) and help build business intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape.
  • Provide input on how to enhance further and streamline internal sales processes.
About You
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a B2B technology or software company.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products and services.
  • A track record of hitting or overachieving business and sales goals.
  • Excellent people and communications skills (English & French).
  • Team player, outgoing and curious.
  • Love solving problems and diving into challenges head-on.
