Our HR Assistant Intern will be part of the HR department and will support HR Business Partners in recruitment coordination, training, and employee care. The intern will act as a liaison person with various departments to assist HR Business Partners in handling daily operations work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in confirming job descriptions, posting job openings, preliminary screening of candidates, and arranging interviews and follow-ups.
  • Employee Onboarding: Maintain new employees' access to the HR system and ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate with various departments to prepare training sessions and follow up on progress, and assist in training implementation.
  • Employee Care: Develop monthly or quarterly plans for employee care, assist HR Business Partners in organizing collective activities for employees, and establish a harmonious and united working atmosphere.
  • HR Operations: Assist in handling HR daily operations, initiate and follow up on various processes to ensure the sustainable development of employees' life cycle.
  • Communication: Assist in meeting coordination and internal and external communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration, preferably with HR-related work or internship experience.
  • Language: Chinese is mandatory, with proficiency in both English and French.
  • Skills: Easy-going, excellent communication and coordination ability, capable of working in a multi-task and multi-role environment, interested in global HR work, strong self-driving force, quick adaptation, learning, and hands-on ability.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the French labor law or relevant ways of working.
