Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that project progress and issues are communicated effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet the required quality standards, and that all deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PSP, or Prince 2 certification is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Tools and Technology: Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
