Project Manager Nuclear Contracts

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of large and complex nuclear plant projects. As part of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing commercial and contractual risks, and developing strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Advise sales and legal teams on commercial and contractual aspects of tendering activities and provide commercial execution strategies for execution.
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects in execution to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Establish Project Commercial Execution Plan and Project Variation/Claim/Insurance Strategy.
- Provide notices to customers, consortium partners, and insurers in consultation with PD.
- Coordinate project teams to achieve and improve margins.
- Perform risks and opportunities management.
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, partners, and main subcontractors/vendors.
- Define and implement notification and claim strategies towards clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors, and insurers.
- Coordinate with contract management and legal in the preparation of claims.
- Perform negotiations with clients, partners, and/or subcontractors, vendors, and insurers.
- Own commercial project execution processes and tools.
- Capture return of experience and best practices on commercial issues.
- Manage commercial aspects of consortium agreement.
- Ensure Arabelle Solutions rights under consortium agreement are enforced.
- Maintain cooperative relationship with consortium partner.
- Lead all project-based correspondence with consortium partner.
- Claim management with consortium partner.
- High degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or Business Administration.
- 10 years of experience in the Nuclear industry with at least 5 years of experience in contract management, project management, or legal for large/complex projects.
- 5 years of experience with Russian customers.
- Good commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities.
- Good knowledge of project contracts and contract law.
- Good knowledge of claims management.
- Project Management education and professional registration.
- Knowledge of Arabelle Solutions plant characteristics.
- Insightful and able to collaborate with other business team members.
- Broad commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines.
- Strong planning skills and knowledge of cost control principles.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong in building relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Open to criticism and able to handle conflicts.
- Cultural awareness and team player.
- Excellent computer skills in using MS-Windows and Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and working knowledge of at least one other language.
- Knowledge in written and spoken Russian.
- Understand and speak French.
