Role Overview
As part of a distributed HR team across Europe, you will engage in all recruitment activities for the Veepee Tech community. Your role as a strategic partner will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Engineering Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete candidate journey from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Oversee a substantial number of open roles and candidates utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Design and implement a sourcing strategy to cultivate a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to proactively address their staffing needs.
- Formulate and negotiate offers to successfully close candidates.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Enhance, develop, and execute new processes in collaboration with team members.
- Identify and collaborate on transversal projects with recruitment and HR teams.
- Participate in staffing committees to present weekly updates and validate recruitment requests.
- Engage in team rituals and contribute to both internal and external events.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong interest and comprehension of the business and technology landscape.
- Experience in technology recruitment, either in-house or through an agency.
- Extensive experience utilizing various platforms to identify, recruit, and secure top-tier candidates.
- Proven organizational skills to manage high-volume hiring and project ownership.
- Fluent in English.
- Collaborative team player mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in a third European language (French or Spanish) is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset.

Recruitment Process
