Knauf Insulation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Lannemezan, France. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading the plant management team and driving continuous improvement in all plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the plant management team to achieve cost-effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality standards through the promotion of organizational values and alignment to the KI CI Framework.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B industrial manufacturing environment in an international company.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken); German is an asset.
- Excellent leadership and change management skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive aligned decisions across cross-functional teams.
