About the Role:
Knauf Insulation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Lannemezan, France. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading the plant management team and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our site's health and safety culture and sustainability performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the plant management team to achieve cost-effectiveness and consistency with quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve site operations, including technological and financial opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve agreed site objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, government, community organizations, and employees to promote the company image.
- Prepare and submit operating reports to management to inform them of current production status and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the B2B industrial manufacturing environment in an international company, ideally in continuous manufacturing process.
- Excellent leadership and change management skills, with an entrepreneurial leadership approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken); German is an asset.
