Plant Manager

Knauf, a global leader in construction materials, is seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to join our Sustainability team in Lannemezan, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the plant management team and driving sustainability improvements in all plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the plant management team to ensure cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site Health and Safety culture and sustainability performance.
- Direct production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and local regulations.
- Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards of continuous improvement.
- Define the strategic vision and goals for the Lannemezan site and foster outstanding communication across the Knauf Insulation Group.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B industrial manufacturing environment in an international company.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken); German is an asset.
- Excellent leadership and change management skills, with an entrepreneurial leadership approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with strong problem-solving skills.
