Deployment Manager

At Workfully Italy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of charging sites in France, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement deployment plans, including scope and budget planning, to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of charging sites, including installation design, construction drawings, and grid connection.
- Collaborate with external contractors to ensure high-quality and safe installations, maintaining Milence's reputation.
- Evaluate project performance and deliverables with stakeholders, including property owners, permitting authorities, and grid operators.
- Build and maintain relationships with key teams, such as asset management, engineering, and SHEQ.
- Monitor project costs and ensure transparency, identifying and addressing issues affecting feasibility and timelines.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on complex technical installations.
- Extensive experience in project and vendor management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Affinity with the renewable energy sector and e-mobility.
- Excellent English and French language skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and make well-judged decisions.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and demonstrate resilience.
