About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Airbus Atlantic. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of quality assurance specialists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality management systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services. You will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of implementing quality management systems.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
