Groupe Atlantic: A Leading Player in the HVAC Industry

We are seeking an experienced International HR Manager to join our team in La Roche-sur-Yon, Nantes, or Arcueil. As part of our international development and HRIS project deployment, this role will play a key part in supporting our global HR strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the International Industry HR Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Local HR Teams: Identify and implement HR projects aligned with our Group's strategy and operational challenges.
  • Talent Management: Support expatriate populations and ensure compliance with our international mobility policy.
  • Capitalization and Cultural Adaptation: Contribute to the broadcast of best HR practices and ensure consideration of the intercultural dimension in Group projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will also be the HRIS (Workday) project coordinator for our international industrial scope, covering 7 countries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and Consistency: Lead HR teams involved in the Workday project and ensure proper coordination within the scope.
  • Follow-up and Reporting: Provide regular reports to the International Industry HR Director and alert her to any bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 7 years of experience in HR development missions with a strong international focus.
  • Agility in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, recognized for listening, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Experience in managing complex projects in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English and French.
