International Human Resources Manager

Groupe Atlantic, a leading player in the HVAC industry, is seeking an experienced International Human Resources Manager to join its International Industry HR team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in deploying the Group's HR strategy across international industrial subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Support local HR teams in identifying and implementing HR projects, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and training design.
- Lead the deployment and compliance of the international mobility policy, ensuring the support of expatriate populations.
- Coordinate the HRIS (Workday) project across 7 countries, leading HR teams and ensuring proper coordination between Group BPOs and International BPOs.
- Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 7 years of experience in HR development missions with a strong international focus.
- Proven experience in deploying an HRIS (ideally Workday) as a project manager or BPO, or as a key user.
- Fluency in English and French, with frequent international travel (1 week every 2 months).
