Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intellectual Property Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for developing the commercial potential of our innovation portfolio, negotiating intellectual property rights with partners, and ensuring that our products respect the industrial property rights of third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IP strategy to protect and commercialize our innovation portfolio
  • Negotiate and manage intellectual property rights with partners, including licenses, assignments, and rights management
  • Collaborate with the legal department to defend our company's strategic interests and ensure compliance with industrial property rights
  • Assist with research tax credits and public subventions requirements
  • Participate in negotiations for partnerships with universities and public bodies to promote research and development
Requirements:
  • Scientific Master degree specialized in the field of activity
  • Graduate of the patent stream CEIPI
  • Fluency in written and spoken English for patent and trademark filings in Europe and internationally
  • Knowledge of documentary research techniques, particularly on databases specific to patent applications
