About the Role
The Structural Division is seeking a dedicated Intellectual Property Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of policies that safeguard innovation within our nation.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and oversee public policies related to industrial property, ensuring they foster a thriving environment for innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose amendments to the intellectual property code, streamlining processes and enhancing protection for businesses, particularly startups and small enterprises.
- Stay abreast of European and international developments in intellectual property law, actively participating in negotiations to represent our nation's interests.
- Ensure the seamless transposition of relevant European texts into national legislation, upholding consistent standards across jurisdictions.
- Play a key role in combating counterfeiting at both domestic and global levels, contributing to a fair and competitive marketplace.
- Engage with industry professionals through consultations organized by the department, gathering valuable insights and perspectives.
- Contribute to the evaluation of existing public policies and prepare comprehensive briefing materials for various institutions, informing decision-making processes.
This role often involves collaboration with esteemed organizations such as the National Institute of Industrial Property and other government agencies.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and writing skills, coupled with a deep understanding of intellectual property law. You should possess the ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative in proposing new ideas, and bring relevant professional experience in the field of industrial property law.
Fluency in English is essential, as you will interact with high-level stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
