Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Member to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relay and implement directives and priorities set by the Reception Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
  • Assist the Reception Manager in the organization and management of reception and coordination with other services, including housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance.
  • Participate in the control and management of the reception till, deposit of valuables, and management of rooms and transfers.
  • Accompany and train the reception team to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Apply Club Med's quality standards, hygiene, and safety rules to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests.
  • Promote internal sales, including overnight stays, room upgrades, and meals, to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Control and resolve all guest requests, comments, and incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Professional and discreet with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good sense of service and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
