Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Accor is seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that will inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data quality and integrity processes
Requirements:
  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-5 years of experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with very large data sets
  • Experience working with unstructured data sets is a plus
  • Mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, Python
  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models
  • Knowledge of data visualization
  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
