The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of engaging content, ensuring editorial accuracy, and maintaining the brand's tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's objectives
  • Collaborate with creative colleagues and stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret briefs effectively
  • Advise and mentor junior editors, addressing technical queries and supporting their professional development
  • Ensure all content is editorially accurate, technically compliant, and adheres to brand guidelines
  • Foster collaboration within the editorial team and contribute creatively to content development
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content creation and editorial management, ideally in a senior role
  • Strong editorial skills with an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Strong understanding of broadcast and social-technical deliveries
  • Efficient in MAM and post-production workflows
  • Outstanding knowledge of Premier-Pro and Encoder
  • Ability to manage and develop a team, offering guidance on both creative and technical aspects
