Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Agricultural Advisor to join our team as a General Agricultural Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular advice and support to members in their projects for creation, development, or transmission. This role requires strong listening and advisory skills, as well as the ability to conduct studies and collaborate with accountants and specialists to offer comprehensive and coherent services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Expert Advice: Offer regular advice and support to members in their projects for creation, development, or transmission.
- Assist with PAC Declarations: Assist farmers with their PAC declarations as part of our service offerings.
- Promote Advisory Services: Present and promote advisory services (legal, tax, business consulting) to members for development purposes.
- Conduct Studies: Research in economic, technical, financial, legal, and tax fields beyond your portfolio.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work with accountants and specialists to offer comprehensive and coherent services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in agronomy (bachelor's, master's, or engineering) or at least 3 years of experience in consulting at a accounting firm, bank, or insurance.
- Strong listening, advising, writing, and teamwork skills.
- The ability to easily adapt to different work environments.
- Knowledge of cultivation techniques, climate, crops, soil production techniques, and more.
