Job Title: Operator - WWTP M/F

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operator - WWTP M/F to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the water treatment plant, ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation of the water treatment plant, including isolation/de-isolation, wastewater treatment, and chemical preparation.
  • System surveillance of potable water, sewage, industrial water, and landscaping networks.
  • Cleaning activities, coordination, and handling of non-routine and emergency works.
  • Ensuring operational requirements are met, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and good housekeeping.
  • Maintaining good safety standards in the maintenance section and being conversant with permit to work.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in engineering from a recognized institution with 05 year experience or a Trade certificate with 05 year experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry or in a similar system I facility.
  • Experience required in water and chemical analysis.
  • Good spoken English and Gulf experience as an added advantage.
  • Ability to operate various types of pumps, diesel engines, generators, compressors, blowers, stationary equipment such as piping, valves, and waste water treatment plant.
