Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Excellence Coach to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production operators and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to promote a culture of excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the development of safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in operations, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership or training role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, including HSE principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
