About the Role:

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a highly skilled Regional Program Manager Europe to lead the transformation of our business capabilities in Europe. As a key member of the Business Transformation Office (BTO), you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Enterprise Architecture changes to support our business growth and evolution beyond 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an international team of project managers (consultants) over multiple projects/programs across the business
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Manage complex stakeholder management with regional senior director, general managers, and market heads for European region
  • Work closely with the BTO regional director Europe to ensure timely deployment of EOS programs and projects

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Business School, or Degree from leading university
  • Has professional project management certification
  • + 10 years' experience
  • Has strong cross-functional business acumen
  • Has been part of a leadership team
  • Has ERP and other system Implementation experience
  • Is an expert in program and project management
