Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I to join our team at PNC Bank NA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
  • Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Requirements
  • University/college degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.
