About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant and/or Companion in Villefranche sur Saone. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding and hydration.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Permit B and a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Previous experience in a care role is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others.
