About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant and/or Companion in Champagne aux Monts d'Or. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement, helping clients to stay connected with their community.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Permit B and a reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
