Data Governance Specialist

Holland & Knight is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Governance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data assets.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and metrics
- Provide training and coaching to end-users on data governance best practices
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track data quality and governance metrics
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of technology proficiency, particularly in database administration and Microsoft Office Suite
- Document Management Systems and Records Management Systems experience a plus
- Knowledge of Information Governance principles and practices a plus
