Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Sustainable Building to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our building projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet our high standards for sustainability and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot projects from the tender phase to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and our company's standards for sustainability and quality.
- Work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement sustainable building solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the reduction of our carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the work of our team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainable building projects, with a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
