We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at URSSAF CAISSE NATIONALE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project delivery.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide project management support to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Assist project managers in preparing project proposals and requests for funding.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, ensuring effective project governance.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
