About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at URSSAF CAISSE NATIONALE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide project management support to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Assist project managers in preparing project proposals and requests for funding.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, ensuring effective project governance.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT or digital transformation context.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
