Lead Finance Operations for a Global Hospitality Leader

AccorCorpo is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead finance operations for our European & North African hotel network. As VP Finance Franchise Operations, you will serve as the key finance business partner for the COO Franchised Operations, providing critical financial insights to drive performance, business transformation, and network growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4 controllers and drive change and improvement on finance processes and business review practice.
  • Analyze, recommend, and approve deals for franchise development projects, in partnership with development, legal, and feasibility teams.
  • Anticipate network evolutions, including new contracts, renewals, and end-of-contract scenarios.
  • Support and challenge operations teams on revenue evolution analysis and link with hotel performance.
  • Ensure availability and ownership of financials within franchise operation organization.
  • Set and maintain the drumbeat to enable operations to drive corrective action plans.
  • Provide region, division, and group finance teams with performance analyses, especially linking hotel performance with Accor revenue generation.
  • Improve forecast accuracy on hotels revenues and ensure strong link with Accor revenue generation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate/operational finance.
  • Master's degree in finance or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
  • Expertise in financial systems, processes, and driving change.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
