How will you contribute to our success?

As a vital member of the Richemont Talent team, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead and fulfill Executive search objectives: attracting elite senior talent to cultivate a cohesive function that is both efficient and high-performing, in alignment with business requirements and talent strategy.

You will report directly to the Executive Recruitment Director.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Executive Recruitment

Collaborate closely with the HR community to comprehend future requirements for senior executive positions. Oversee the complete recruitment process from client briefing through sourcing strategy to evaluations, interviews, and follow-ups with both internal clients and candidates. Research, identify, and engage candidates globally, utilizing various channels: direct sourcing, searching, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc. Conduct reference checks and provide salary/package information.

Insights & Tools

Proactively map competition to build a robust talent pipeline. Deliver continuous and updated intelligence and insights from the luxury sector, particularly regarding the executive population. Monitor significant competitor movements. Create and maintain mappings from key competitors to build talent pipelines. Keep the database current, ensuring constant enhancement of the tool for optimal usage.

Community Engagement

Actively participate within the HR and Talent community. Contribute to Richemont Talent projects and the overall advancement of the talent function with an inclusive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

How will you achieve success with us?

You possess a minimum of 10 years of international recruitment experience, ideally in the following areas: Executive search, mapping (preferably in fashion, luxury, and retail), talent assessment, and HR business partnering.

You are a seasoned and highly professional individual with the following skills:

Proven track record in executive recruitment. Extensive knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, along with insights into international key players in the competitive landscape. Strong interpersonal skills, adept at relationship building and collaboration. Commitment to operational excellence and strategic thinking. Proficient in stakeholder management and project management. Results-oriented and adaptable. Comfortable in a matrix organization with a strong ability to navigate complex, diverse, and challenging environments. Open-minded, creative, agile, and positive. Act as an ambassador for the organization. Digitally savvy. Global experience with an entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
