Secure Development Lead
About the role
Common accountabilities:
- Technical leadership: You will lead the technical aspects of application security, ensuring the development team performs at a high level and is recognized as leaders in their field.
- Complex problem-solving: You will assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans.
- Autonomy and collaboration: You will work with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions, and contribute to broad cross-functional projects.
Specific accountabilities:
- Reference architecture: You will lead in the definition, design, support and promotion of IT security reference architecture and strategy.
- Cloud security: You will provide guidance and recommendations for most effective cloud security controls and promote best practice in hardening applications and fixing identified vulnerabilities.
- Security assessments: You will perform security assessments of applications and tools to proactively identify security issues or weaknesses and propose adequate cost-effective mitigation and remediation.
About the ideal candidate
- Qualifications: You will have an engineering degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture.
- Skills: You will have good interpersonal skills, be proactive, rigorous and detail-oriented, and have full working proficiency in English.
