SAP HANA Digital Customer Engagement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at HCLTech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers who are leveraging SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Support: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handover and onboarding of customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Project Delivery and Coordination: Oversee the delivery of projects according to planned scope, budget, and milestones, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Critical Situation Management: Support in de-escalating critical customer situations, working closely with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support as needed.
  • Customer Release and Maintenance: Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Technical Requirements and Problem Management: Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise, executing and supporting problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison and Account Management: Collaborate with SAP stakeholders, including Virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Associate Onboarding and Training: Systematically onboard associates, ensuring mandatory trainings are documented and continuous delta knowledge transfer is facilitated.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis area, with good understanding and hands-on experience in HANA database.
  • SAP Upgrade and Migration: Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
  • SaaS Products and Hyper Scalability: Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is a plus, and hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
Work Experience and Qualifications
  • Multi-National Experience: 3+ years' experience with multi-national software/IT organizations.
  • Cloud Knowledge: 2+ years of cloud knowledge, e.g., through Solution Management, Consulting, and/or Delivery Program management.
  • SAP Basis S/4HANA Knowledge: 3+ years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge.
Language Skills
  • French: C1 or Native level.
  • English: B2: Independent Level User.
