Job Opportunity: Freelance Project Manager with HR Expertise
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Manager with HR expertise to join our team at MyNextCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing Time Management systems, including physical time clocks and contracts.
- Develop and oversee System Integration tests, and coordinate with local contacts to ensure a smooth interface with our future Payroll system.
- Actively participate in the exit TSA project with Alight/Strada to ensure alignment of actions and timelines.
- Provide overall coordination with related separation projects, such as SuccessFactors and ERP.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience
- HR expertise, specifically Payroll and Time Management integration
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English and French language skills
