Key Responsibilities- Animate Learning Sessions: Design and deliver engaging learning sessions to promote skill acquisition and professional growth.
- Independent Training Conduct: Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
- Skills Certification Services: Implement services related to skills certification to support the professional development of our beneficiaries.
- Technical Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of technical facilities to support training and development activities.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in teamwork with stakeholders to support beneficiaries in their skill acquisition, qualification, professional integration, and job access projects.
- Service Promotion: Promote Afpa services to partner companies, identify client needs, and liaise with the development department.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress and contribute to logistical support to ensure the success of our training programs.
- Training Sessions Coordination: Coordinate and implement training sessions to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
- Process Optimization: Participate in optimizing training and certification processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Formateur, you will operate within defined professional domains and contribute to professional learning and certification through various pedagogical approaches and evaluations. You will also participate in continuous learning, assessment, and enhancement of training processes.
- Professional Development Facilitation: Facilitate professional development and learning paths to support the growth of our beneficiaries.
- Learning Outcome Evaluation: Evaluate learning outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs.
- Training Program Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of training programs qualitatively, quantitatively, and economically.
The ideal candidate for the Formateur position should have a professional background as a training facilitator, demonstrable experience in training or accompanying individuals in professional settings, and proficiency in educational methodologies.
Specific Knowledge and Skills- CléA Certification Training: Animate CléA certification training sessions to support the professional development of our beneficiaries.
- CléA Domains Mastery: Master the 7 CléA domains to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs.
Formateurs operate within Afpa facilities, external locations, businesses, and training sites as per organizational needs. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a corporate/educational environment, is required.
Required Qualifications- University or Technical Education Degree: Hold a university or technical education degree (Level III).
- Professional Trainer Certification: Possess a professional trainer certification.
- Professional Insertion Counselor Certification: Hold a professional insertion counselor certification.
